Exercise Overview

You can give your baby a great start in life by helping him/her gain physical development skills.  There are many exercises you can do with your baby.  I have listed some references below for you to turn to.  You may wish to check with your baby's doctor before starting an exercise program.   It is very important to do the exercises safely and correctly.  Carefully read the instructions in the book you choose to refer to and you will have an enjoyable time with your little one.
